(HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE COMPANY)

PRICES

The prices contained in any quotation or price list are conditions ruling at the date thereof. If any increase howsoever arising in the cost of the service, the Company shall be entitled (subject to any statute or regulation) to make such addition to the contract price as shall be

reasonable in the circumstances.

PAYMENT TERMS

All payments are made after the first lesson. Failure to do so may result in the interruption of the service provided.

Advance payment in full will receive a discount. All paid packages are non-refundable but have 12 months validity.

A £30 registration fee is required for all courses in order to secure the booking. This applies to all new applicants.

Payments in cash are accepted only at Educa.

VALUE ADDED TAX

All prices quoted arc inclusive of VAT.

GENERAL

The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations when such failure is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

CANCELLATION

Any course deferment or cancellation requires 12 hours notification.

Failure to do so might result in the lesson to be invoiced.
